This gorgeous family came to me for photographs from a referral from another client – thanks M&M! It was such a pleasure to photograph little Miss H – firstly at her home and then at the beach. She was very happy – and seemed to know exactly where to look, straight into the camera so I got some great shots! Ann Maree & Nathan were married on Friday on the Pandanus lawn at the Novotel Twin Waters. I may be just a little bit biased when I say how absolutely beautiful the bride was – because I know how beautiful she is not only on the outside but on the inside as well. I’m sure you’ll all agree though that she makes a stunning bride. I am her proud sister-in-law, and am now proud to call Nathan my brother-in-law. The rain threatened all day but thankfully held off until it was time to head into the reception at Lily’s. The gorgeous flowers were by Mondo Florals, and the lovely Lisa from Makeup 4 Brides did a great job with makeup. Ben from Velocity Images was the videographer – can’t wait to see what he comes up with. Ann Maree & Nathan, thank you for trusting me to photograph your wedding day, and for a beautiful night – complete with the surprise fireworks! I know you will have many years of happiness and love. When I met Nikki & Luke last year to do their engagement shoot, I knew theirs was going to be a beautiful wedding. And I wasn’t wrong – their day was full of love and laughter. And a first for me at a wedding, a guest went into labour right after the ceremony! Nikki & Luke chose the Surfair at Marcoola for their wedding, and what a beautiful day it was for a beachside ceremony! The girls looked stunning, with hair by Rolling Scissors and makeup by Danielle Stafford. After the ceremony we headed to Mt Coolum for some photos. How lucky were we that the pouring rain started the day after Alexis and Daniel’s wedding this weekend?! I know I’m glad we had such a beautiful day, I’m sure they are too. Their wedding was held at the Lady of the Way church in Landsborough, we went to Shelly Beach for some photos before their reception at Tides Restaurant in Caloundra.
