Rebecca and Josh | Sunshine Coast wedding photographer

Another gorgeous weekend here on the Sunshine Coast – perfect weather for photographing!  Rebecca and Josh chose Maleny for their engagement photos, we wandered around a few different locations for their session yesterday.  They were up for anything – including climbing over rocks to get to the middle of the creek I sent them into!  Here’s a preview for you – I’ll be in touch when they are all ready!

What a beautiful day it turned out to be for Mariana & Brad’s engagement shoot.  We wandered around the beach taking pictures (and getting hundreds of prickles in Mariana’s dress – sorry about that!!)   Here’s a preview for you – I’ll be in touch when the rest are done!

Darren & Naree’s Twin Waters wedding | Sunshine Coast wedding photographer

I think I’ve said it before, but I really love my job.   Being able to witness couples celebrate their love is an amazing thing – and Darren & Naree’s wedding was a beautiful celebration for two beautiful people.  I met with the girls at Twin Waters where they were getting the finishing touches to their hair and make-up by the lovely Debbie of Beauty on the Move.   After a few photos of the details, the girls got Naree into her stunning Elizabeth De Varga dress.  Naree really wanted a photo of her dad seeing her in her dress for the first time – a lovely moment for sure.  Onto the lawns where the ceremony was to be held, and I know I wasn’t the only one relieved that there was blue skies!  The ceremony by Vikki Speller was awesome, with plenty of humour thrown in.  We managed a few photos on the beach before the rain started.  Darren & Naree, it was an absolute pleasure to be part of your day, I’m sure you had a wonderful evening and I hope you have a great time away.  Speak to you when you return!

The gorgeous bouquets were by A Sculpted Leaf in Maroochydore.

Adam & Suzi | Clio’s & Maleny wedding | Sunshine Coast wedding photography

What a gorgeous day Adam & Suzie had for their wedding on Sunday!  Although, I’m pretty sure even if it was pouring with rain, the smile wouldn’t have left Suzi’s face – it was there all day, even though there were a few minor hiccups along the way!  I started the day with the girls in Mooloolaba – Sandy from Rolling Scissors was just finishing with hair and Danielle Stafford was almost done with Suzi’s makeup.  Suzi made all the bouquets herself – clever girl!  The ceremony was beautiful, finished off with a surprise from Adam for Suzi of a box of beautiful butterflies to release.  We headed to Maleny for some photos after the ceremony, before the bridal party returned to Clio’s to celebrate with family and friends.  Thanks for having me guys, I hope you had an amazing evening and I’ll talk to you when you return from your holiday!

Trinette & Jason | Sunshine Coast wedding photographer

Trinette & Jason were married on Saturday at the Surfair, Marcoola Beach.  Trinette wore a beautiful dress, which had extra special meaning to her, as the lace was from her mothers wedding gown.  The same lace was used on the flower girl dresses as well, and they all looked amazing.  We had to run for cover from the rain a couple of times, but managed to get some great shots in between showers.  The reception was beautiful, I’m pretty sure there was not a dry eye in the house during the speeches (including mine!) Trinette & Jason, thanks for sharing your day with me – here’s a few images until the rest are ready – enjoy your holiday and I’ll speak with you when you return.
