Sherri & Daniel | Sunshine Coast wedding photographer

Sherri and Daniel were married at Wurtulla Beach yesterday.  When I left home yesterday afternoon, the sky was blue in one direction, and almost black in the other.  I met Sherri and the girls at Landsborough where the decision was being made whether to keep their ceremony at the beach, or move it to Beerwah under cover.  The decision was made to stick with the beach, and they were lucky enough to have not a drop of rain until we were finishing the family shots, when it poured down and didn’t let up.  Sherri & Daniel didn’t let the rain ruin their day at all though.  We managed a few shots – my favourite is the last one.  Sherri & Daniel, thanks so much for choosing me to document your wedding day, I hope you like this preview and I’ll be in touch when all your images are ready.

Jayne & Brett | Sunshine Coast wedding photographer

Jayne & Brett’s wedding was held on Sunday at Clio’s in Palmwoods.  I met with the girls in Caloundra first, and we were feeling optimistic about the weather, with plenty of blue sky around.  The weather in Palmwoods had other ideas though, and the ceremony was moved indoors – these things happen, and it was beautiful anyway.  We then headed back to Caloundra for photos – thankfully the clouds parted just in time for a lovely sunset.  Jayne & Brett, thanks for having me as part of your day, I hope you like this preview, and I’ll be in touch when your images are ready.  Enjoy your holiday!

Sweetness | Sunshine Coast photographer

Just sharing a photo of my beautiful Lily I took this afternoon, during a visit to her Grandma’s farm.  I have been waiting for an opportunity to use this parasol I picked up recently, and after all the rain we’ve had lately the grass is so nice and long at the farm – perfect for some quick photos!

Stunning | Sunshine Coast Wedding Photographer

This beautiful young lady is getting married on Sunday, and when she booked me to photograph her wedding, she asked whether I would do a boudoir shoot for her, as she had thought it would make a great gift to her husband to be!  We did the shoot today, and I am pretty sure he is going to be more than impressed with the results!  Here’s just one image for now, I don’t want to spoil the surprise for either Jayne or Brett.  Don’t you think she is going to make a beautiful bride??

Teleigha & Adam | Sunshine Coast wedding photographer

I spent Saturday photographing Teleigha and Adam’s wedding, which was held at the Sanctuary Venue in Forest Glen.  I caught up with the girls first in Caloundra where they were getting ready.  The girls from MakeUp 4 Brides and Hair 4 Brides did a fantastic job on the bridal party (and they were kept busy, with 5 bridesmaids, 3 flower girls and the bride herself!)  Then on to the Sanctuary Venue, where the boys were in fine form (and stayed that way for the entire day, thanks for the laughs boys).  The ceremony was beautiful, with personalised vows and more than a few tears (I’m thankful to be able to hide behind the camera sometimes!).   Teleigha loves butterflies so not only were they a big feature in the decorating of the reception area, but there was a beautiful butterfly release by the bridal party.  Thanks for having me as part of your day, enjoy this preview and I’ll be in touch when the rest are ready.
